These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LeadForward regarding your participation in our leadership development programs and use of our services. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with enrollment or using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not participate in our programs or use our services.

User Obligations and Conduct
1. Participant Responsibilities
As a participant in our leadership development programs, you agree to:
- Attend scheduled sessions and complete program requirements as outlined in the program description
- Provide accurate information about your professional background and development goals
- Make timely payment of all program fees and charges as agreed
- Respect the confidentiality of other participants and program content
- Engage constructively with facilitators, coaches, and fellow participants
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your participation
2. Prohibited Activities and Behaviors
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Recording, photographing, or otherwise capturing program content without express written permission
- Sharing or redistributing program materials to non-participants
- Using program content for commercial purposes without authorization
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against any participant, facilitator, or staff member
- Disrupting program sessions or creating an uncomfortable environment for others
- Misrepresenting your credentials, experience, or intentions for participating
3. Content Guidelines and Restrictions
All program materials, frameworks, and content are provided for educational purposes only. You may not use, reproduce, or adapt these materials for purposes beyond your personal leadership development without our written consent. Program content remains our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4. Age Restrictions and Requirements
Our programs are designed for working professionals and leaders. Participants must be at least 21 years of age and possess relevant professional experience or responsibilities. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these requirements and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
Disclaimers, Liability, and Warranties
5. Program Outcomes Disclaimer
While we provide high-quality leadership development programs based on established frameworks and best practices, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, career advancement, salary increases, or other professional benefits. Individual results depend on factors including:
- Your level of engagement and commitment to applying learned concepts
- Your existing experience and professional context
- Organizational factors and opportunities available to you
- External market conditions and industry dynamics
Our programs provide tools, frameworks, and support for leadership development, but success ultimately depends on your application of these concepts in your professional environment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadForward and its facilitators, coaches, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in our programs or use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or professional advancement
- Employment-related outcomes or decisions made by your employer
- Personal or professional relationship consequences
- Any decisions or actions you take based on program content
In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our programs and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The suitability of our programs for your specific needs or goals
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of program content
- Uninterrupted or error-free delivery of services
We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that participation in leadership development programs involves inherent uncertainties and that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeadForward, its facilitators, coaches, staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your participation in our programs, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, network failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.
Legal Provisions and Dispute Resolution
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your participation in our programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Dispute Resolution Procedures
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these terms, you agree to follow this resolution process:
- Step 1: Contact us directly to discuss the issue and attempt to resolve it informally through good-faith negotiation
- Step 2: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties may agree to mediation before a mutually acceptable mediator
- Step 3: If mediation fails or is declined by either party, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nicosia, Cyprus, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
12. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
14. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms or any rights hereunder without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms of Service, and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeadForward regarding your participation in our programs. These terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email or through our website. Your continued participation in programs or use of services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to modified terms, you may terminate your participation subject to our cancellation and refund policies.
